1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Postora (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Postora.

2. Description of service

Postora is a social media scheduling and AI content tool that lets you draft, schedule, and publish posts to connected platforms (currently LinkedIn). The service includes AI caption generation (via Groq), AI image generation (via Pollinations.ai), a visual content calendar, and post delivery analytics.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Post content that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Publish spam, misleading content, hate speech, illegal material, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs or infrastructure.
Use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable law.
Circumvent plan limits, billing, or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. LinkedIn integration

When you connect a LinkedIn account, you grant Postora permission to publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf using LinkedIn's official API. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement at all times. You may revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting your account in Settings.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Free plan is free forever within the stated limits (5 posts/month, 1 LinkedIn account).
The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
Pro includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. AI-generated content

AI captions and images generated through Postora are provided “as-is” for your editing and review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated output.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using Postora, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service (e.g. scheduling and publishing your posts, storing media files).

The Postora platform, brand, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.

9. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts are dispatched by an automated cron job that runs hourly on the Free tier of Vercel. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (LinkedIn API outages, Stripe outages, etc.).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postora is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm from published posts. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@postora.io. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postora is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
